Strength Training

Strength is the ability of muscles to generate tension. The more tension a muscle can generate the more force is developed. 

This tension/force development is accomplished by practicing various forms of strength, using assorted neurological phenomena, and avoiding fatigue to magnify overall strength or max strength.
